Intro to Yoni/V-Steaming & Chill Session

Re-Awaken the wisdom of your sacred womb and experience the delightful benefits of yoni steaming. This session includes breathwork to release and tone the pelvic floor, simple movement to open the hips and pelvis, and a lovely guided meditation.

Steaming is a great way to get in tune with the your womb while opening to the healing blend of herbs. This session has been lovingly crafted to give your body, mind and soul the opportunity to drop into the space, receive and recalibrate

The group steam will be an opportunity to experience the practice in a sacred setting, intended as an honoring ceremony for you.

After the steam we'll have opportunity to share our experience and whatever else may be in our hearts, and connect as sisters.

 *You can not steam if you are pregnant, actively bleeding,  have an IUD, or piercings in at time of steam.,  After Insemination (or IUI/IVF transfer) when Trying to Conceive.  

 Steam time 30min (20 - 25min with double the herbs if you have endometriosis)
