Yoni/V-Steam & Chill

We will begin the evening with a womb yoga flow, mats available or you may bring your own, followed by circle and a Sacred Yoni Steam Session. 

Steaming is a great way to get in tune with the your womb while opening to the healing blend of herbs. This session has been lovingly crafted to give your body, mind and soul the opportunity to drop into the space, receive and recalibrate

The group steam will be an opportunity to experience the practice in a sacred setting, intended as an honoring ceremony for you.

After the steam we'll have opportunity to share our experience and whatever else may be in our hearts, and connect as sisters.
